Thank you for shopping at Little Roots Toy Shop. We hope that our hand-picked selection of toys help to inspire kind, creative play & nurture your imagination. We do our very best to represent only well-crafted, eco-friendly, & handmade goods. You can learn more about each item & the creator in the product description. 

We make it a priority to package our products using recyclable and reusable materials. In order to reduce packaging waste, and we reuse all boxes that we receive during product shipment from our larger companies. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.

PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover.

SHIPPING

In an effort to save paper, we will not automatically send you a packing slip with your order. If you do need one, please be sure to leave a note and we will be happy to include one.

Our goal is for our products to reach you in the safest, most efficient way possible. All orders ship with tracking numbers via a choice of  USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service.

Please note that upon receiving payment, your items will ship within 3-5 business days. Since we are a small, family owned + run shop, we take a bit more time than a larger company might. But in turn, your items are treated with more love and care!

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit. After your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance for your package, we are happy to accommodate! Insurance up to $50 is automatically included in USPS Priority Mail shipments.

If you are ordering from outside of the US, you may contact us with the details and we are happy to prepare a custom shipping quote. For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as we cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns of all products in the original packaging. Shipping will be paid by customer, and refund will be processed once the item arrives back at Little Roots. All returns will be confirmed with solid email communication. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try to remedy the situation as best we can.
